Regulate Yoga/Somatic movement Class for women
The class begins with a gentle warm up, a short centring/grounding practice, such as focusing on the breath (Pranayama), or a meditation practice (Dhyana). We then move into gentle stretches, yoga poses (Asana), and qigong practices. At the end of the class we will practice resting (Savasana), and you will lie down for about 10 minutes. I teach these classes during term times only and will teach those classes until the end of June 2024. The fee is £60,- for a block of 4 classes. If you like to join please contact me here.
