I warmly welcome you to my website.
Whatever brought you here—whether clearly defined or still taking shape—you are welcome.
I'm a fully qualified Integrative therapist, group facilitator, and somatic yoga teacher, offering a warm, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for exploration and change. I have experience of working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures and across all age groups. I understand that many challenges in life arise through difficulties in relationship—whether with others, with the world, or with ourselves.
As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I adhere to their code of ethics and work with a trauma-informed, relational, and embodied approach.
I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space in which you can begin to understand your experiences, modify old patterns and identify new possibilities.
Whether you’re seeking individual therapy, couples work, or a more embodied path to healing, you’re in the right place. I offer a trauma-informed, integrative approach that includes talking therapy, somatic and yoga-based practices, and supportive workshops like women’s circles—all designed to help you reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
If this is your first time reaching out, you're returning to therapy, or simply exploring what’s possible, you’re warmly invited to take the next step.
Feel free to get in touch with any questions or to book a session.

How I Can Support You
I hold a First-Class Honours B.A. in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, along with advanced certifications in Yoga and Somatic Bodywork. My approach is grounded in evidence-based, integrative psychotherapy and enriched by somatic practices that support healing at both the emotional and physical level.
While talking therapy forms the foundation of my work, I may also incorporate tools such as mindfulness, therapeutic yoga, compassion-based exercises, and breathwork—always tailored to your needs and preferences. This whole-person approach aims to foster long-lasting, meaningful change.
What to Expect in Sessions
Our work together begins with conversation—an open exploration of the issues you're facing. In a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space, you’ll have the opportunity to reflect, gain insight, and build emotional resilience.
Over time, therapy can help you:
Make sense of difficult experiences
Recognise and shift unhelpful patterns
Improve relationships—with others and yourself
Cultivate greater self-awareness, confidence, and choice
Research consistently shows that psychotherapy can positively impact both mental and physical well-being, increasing your capacity to navigate life with more clarity, stability, and connection.

Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darkness's of other people. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes. - Carl Jung
Healing isn’t linear. It isn’t prescriptive. And it certainly isn’t one-size-fits-all.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from a wide range of modalities—combining psychotherapy with somatic, relational, and mind-body approaches. This allows us to work in a way that feels most aligned with your needs and your pace.
